Hybrid/remote work options, food and refreshments supplied in the office, team lunches etc, constant help with development/reassurance, check-ins to review progress and to help with any possible questions.

Genuinely culture focused business, led from the top down which is refreshing. Big investment in people, process and tech Big ambition across all areas of the business Great people - collaborative and interest across areas Flexibility to get the work done and grow culture

Cons

Due to collaboration and growth of business it can be complex to move forward So much big ambition can mean teams spread thin

The coworkers are fantastic. The workload doesn't get overwhelming and you will always have support if it does. The company truly listens and cares about how you feel.

Cons

Occasionally, the days do blend together.
