Great product and design overall, people work closely together, collaborate and look out for each other. Amazing CS and Warehouse Operation teams who work harder than anyone in the business.

Cons

Persistent issues with diversity and equal/fair representation (for over 2 years no changes after many concerns raised at different levels of talks - from 1-1s to Q&A sessions wit CEO and leadership); no chance of progressing to further steps in the career with current management who makes you feel guilty for even daring to ask if you can set up a career goal; company has a set of goals that work across all departments but each department creates follow up goals based on the shared ones and those goals change all the time and we never get to hear why we are now dropping this thing and moving to something else entirely

They worked you hard, unnecessarily so, insane levels of management. It actually became a running joke the amount of pointless leads and managers there were, but I guess all that has changed now as they sacked most of us off using the pandemic excuse, lol. Extremely cliquey, loads of office politics, bitchiness, backstabbing etc, it was all there, and plenty of self important, narcissistic characters lauding over you 24/7, I just feel sorry for the peeps who were left behind, hope you're okay guys, much love.
