Pros

The company itself outside of Denver is decent to work for. You have really flexible PTO and they provide lunches every so often.

Cons

Very immature culture, which starts with the head of sales in Denver. This person does not treat those in the office with a level or respect that is deserved, aside from their friends.

Pros

Good people to work with minus leadership. Great office space Casual and fun when the CMO was not there. She brought tension and was a micro manager like I have never seen before.

Cons

Leadership is horrendous Immature Unnecessary stress No room for growth or to influence leadership Do not trust employees at mid-senior levels to make any decisions without approval. I am talking about tactical decisions

Pros

Moo as a company offers great benefits including matching 401k and 25+ days off. Great work life balance as well. They hire based on culture fit which can bring in great people, but can also attract poor talent.

Cons

I can only speak to the Denver office. There were many amazing people who came and went during my time at Moo, but unfortunately they did not want to stay due to a few employees at the management level who allow for and feed in to the immature and unprofessional culture.
