Although growing in size MOO still has a very entrepreneurial approach. It is a great place to develop skills, learn new ones all whilst having fun. MOO is one of those companies that really cares about its Employees and puts its values and culture at the heart of the business. A refreshing change particularly as the company gets bigger.

Cons

Need more polycom meeting rooms.

- Very social people - Additional training provided - Relationship building encouraged - Highly qualified and friendly staff to learn from.

Cons

- Not enough equal opportunities - Lots of politics and unnecessary drama - HR not as helpful and supportive as they should be - Customer service team not valued as much as they should be - Management quick to point the blame downwards and spend more time playing the blame game than actually fixing issues - More concerned about delivery than strategy - A lot of territorial behaviour - Serious lack of communication

Great office Free lunch on Friday Free breakfast Free ice cream! Relaxed environment, whilst having a great mixture of like minded ambitious individuals who roll up their sleeves when necessary.

Cons

Need to do a lot of exercise to keep up with all the free food!
