Once your in, they’ll hire internally before going elsewhere. Nice people Good work-life balance Free lunch Fridays Supportive direct supervisors

Cons

Make no mistake... this place is nothing more than a steppingstone. Don’t get caught up in busting your butt, because Moo promotes on their schedule no matter your performance and it’s more about the perception of you than what you actually do. Also heavier on politics than they originally appear. Includes the classic stuff like playing favorites and territorial leadership.

- Massively improved technical platform (especially since starting) - Genuinely interesting technical problems to solve - Surprisingly diverse and fun colleagues - Very laid back culture - And really, really great parties

Cons

- exactly 50% of MOOsters love an unnecessary meeting - working remotely is a fairly poor experience (though apparently soon to improve) - £1000 training budget for devs is pretty good, but doesn't go *that* far
