Fun, great culture, good incentives, great brand.

Cons

A little disorganised, teamwork and communication between teams, growth & progression is limited ( you will get it, its just you will still be doing the same thing afterwards )

Pros

Great design and the importance of creative are championed from the top, which means there's a genuine appetite to deliver great experiences for customers.

Cons

Speed-to-market in getting product launches live was challenging and convoluted at times with too many stakeholders involved in sign-off but this may well have improved over time.
