This job is unlike most jobs where you will know how you were doing on average approximately 1 to 2 employees would get fired per month every month in an office of approximately 45 to 50 employees do not expect to have verbal warnings or to be written up In the know if your performance is not meeting their expectations there determinations for termination seems to slowly be based on emotions of the manager in the training manager if you get on their bad side because shifts because you will not know until you go home on the weekend and get a call saying that you no longer have a job other than that good place to work as long as you’re on managements good side all employees that I saw getting fired they all had the exact same story they believed that they were doing well in their position no right ups no verbal warnings And then in the media termination of their position

Call reports are the bane of my existence.....seriously; I wish they would get rid of them. So much for anonymous :) Kidding aside, there are challenges at this job that can get overwhelming, but it's been my experience so far that everyone works together to get the job done.
