I know the CEO laughed her way to the bank when they switched engineers to unit pay. You already get paid PENNIES on the dollar and this company will have the audacity to add to work to projects that you were already paid for. When you start they make you sign a contract that says you’ll fix a project until it’s approved.. How they can add hours of work to a project that’s already been approved and paid for is beyond me. They found a way to legally pay you less than minimum wage. These changes have taken me days yet I will get paid $5-$35 There’s NO consistency. One month you’re backed up with projects the next they are reassigning those same projects and .09 CENTS on 50ft ($4.50) to redo almost your entire work prints
