Pros

There was some autonomy to working there. It was fully remote.

Cons

CFO made promises just to get you in the door. Turnover rate was really high. It felt like there was no plan at all. Burnout was real. I felt i had to answer my phone or emails at all hours of the day. If i didnt fix an issue at 6 am my time, I would have people tell my boss I was not helping them. Bare in min hours of work were from 8 am to 5 PM
