Pros

Great Company with Incredible minds who are trying to make a change in the world. They hire great people and work very hard.

Cons

Very low diversity. Out of over a hundred employees I was one of maybe three black employees. And that's generous because I personally never met another black person at the company, I only say a few because I saw one other possibly black person on a company call one time. I joined the DEIB group and it was 30+ (well-intentioned) middle-aged, white people and me, so I became the token of the group until I left the company.
