Nice work process with not a satisfactory environment and very low pay.

Pros

Teams would act as communities. Initial training would be nice.

Cons

Won't recognize hard work/ extra efforts. Won't provide enough/ rational increments or incentives. Almost no holidays even on public leaves, they would get a signature on a form and ask everyone to work. Management is careless about manpower gaining. Pay would also be less than the deserving. Treatment of employees would be like a teacher treating their students.

It is a job in a small area. There is a sense of community within the lower level employees. There is an odd tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Prpmotions are rare and are given only when someone retires. The working conditions are tolerable, but do not expect advancement.
