People are friendly and helpful, high chance to get hired if you desperately need a job.

Cons

Only work, no life, long hours. Weekends are mandatory if did not make the sales goal. Door to door knocking even in bad weather. Low base. Employees have very little knowledge about the things they sale but only know how they can get more sales. Totally fooling people.
