1.No quota for weekly sales. You get paid all commissions no matter how much u sell 2. Environment is lively and friendly 3. As you get promoted you get paid more 4. Overrides 5. Weekly pay

Cons

1. Base Salary but you have to show up that day to receive it. So if you don't show up for the whole week you don't get paid 2. Promotion structure is not the best, its like a pyramid scheme 3. Standing for over 8+ hours a day 4. Weather to combat
