good overall company, solid foundation for growth although not growing

Cons

Top management not taking any risks to change or grow, a status quo company with questionable growth. Culture a marketing front.HR VP talk culture but don't walk it. favorable treatment of some with verbal misconduct issues towards others while others get disciplined.

-lots of overloading training in your first years -generous insurance plan -technical support team to back you up -commission is great...if you can actually make it.

Cons

-just about everyone in the office is written up due to unrealistic metrics -managers all have different levels of knowledge/style/rules followed -micromanagement at it's "finest" -living on welfare 80% of the time.
