I left because of the lack trust in my manager, she wanted to work a deaL CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF DAYS of vacation I had remaining in Dec. We disagreed, HR confirmed I was correct. HR says you can talk anonymously,wrong, the HR women says I need to know everything,including who I am and which branch I am employed. Culture equals control Use em,abuse em and lose em,all are replaceable if you work in the branches. The MSC monthly lists employees by location and number of years worked,very few branches folks last over 4 yrs.

Strong support, training, and product offering. A lot of great ideas in the works to really kick the sales group into high gear.

Cons

Weak on tools for selling. Lots of promises delivered way too late. What tools there are are locked down with security and lack of remote access. No company laptops. Heavy metalworking focus is tough to beat in the market but can leave MRO based sales folks out in the cold or needing to adapt metalworking sales tools to MRO uses.
