Best customers in the world, who do some of the absolute coolest things on the planet. Cell phones, rockets, satellites, airplanes, helicopters, racecars, etc. You name it, they're a customer.

Cons

Completely overworked. When I started, I had one product under my domain -- and now through people quitting or being fired, I now have 5 products and over $100M to look after...since I can't ignore any of them, I have to do a 25-50% job for all 5. And management will not hire or backfill any of the vacancies. Overworked and underpaid is MSC/Hexagon's strategy, apparently.
