Pay is decent for contractors. Nice office (Santa Ana) and plenty of good restaurants within driving distance, and typical office fast food places within walking distance. Has a game room in the building on a different floor, though theres usually nobody in there. People seem intelligent, when you actually see them.

Cons

Everything is done at a snail's pace (meaning its slow). Office is very quiet and somewhat empty which is good or bad depending how you look at it. You can walk around and not even know it was the middle of a business day. Computers are quite outdated. And I've only been here long enough to have 1 company BBQ event. I went with a few guys on my team and there were maybe like 3 other people there from the entire company, and this was during company hours! It's pretty boring here, definitely not a place for one that's looking for camaraderie.
