Pros
Field offices are small, close-knit groups where real friendships and great working relationships can be formed. Fundamental software offering is robust and powerful. People who do the actual work at MSC are top-notch.
Cons
Since being acquired by Symphony, MSC has literally been gutted. They let go of a lot of folks without consulting their management (as in the employee was contacted by a director before that employee's manager or second-level manager had been consulted as to the employee's role). Long-time loyal employees have left voluntarily. Symphony's management appears to be interested in MSC only as much as is required for them to make a quick buck selling it off.
