      Steady workplace, good atmosphere, special tech stack. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of collaboration, ownership and impact in culture. Lots of internal politics. Slow and inefficient business processes.

      Pros

      Great people. Company cares about work life balance and gives flexibility in work hours to match your style of working/your needs. Generous benefits for medical and parental leave. Products made by the company are for the common good.

      Cons

      Misguided focus on AI at this point. Blinded by trends maybe? Everything needs to have an AI component, so it seems like most teams are unnecessarily adding in AI just to stay relevant. Also lot of engineering roles are moving to India. So the future of Singapore tech center is uncertain.
