1. Company has good leadership and vision. 2. Very good work life balance. 3. Leaders always encourage us to decline meetings after work hours and take breaks. Nobody disturbs you when you are on holiday. 4. People that you work with are likely to be experts in their fields. 5. The products are meaningful and give you a sense of purpose. Products/software you build is not just going to line a rich man’s pocket but is actually useful for humanity.

1. Salary is on the lower side compared to tech companies, but you also won’t get fired like tech companies.
