Great co-workers, great customers and great products

Cons

Incompetent management. High turnover. Employees are stressed that everyday it there last. Management is not customer friendly.

decent benefits, in the black financially

Cons

treats people as disposable, lack of management direction. gave a lot of lip service to values but never acted on them. changed direction every week it seemed. people were encouraged to stab each other in the back when management was looking for someone to blame

Flexible hours depending on Manager; Most of the coworkers are nice

Cons

Inappropriate people are in control of areas outside of their specialties. This has caused a huge conflict of interest and has resulted in SOX violations. MTE is a CYA company; if you are not careful you will become a scape goat for another employee looking to move up in the company. There are no opportunities for growth unless a formal complaint is filed against you. Management says they value customer service and teamwork but has created a silo environment that punishes you for talking to other departments. Turnover rate is extremely high due to Management.
