Pros

This is a fast growing company with many possible opportunities in the future. The marketing department here is top notch and aggressively seeking new markets worldwide.

Cons

Communication between departments is nearly non-existent. Inventory control is a disaster with production departments running out of parts nearly every day. Management of the production floor is very disorganized.
