Pros

Flexible hours depending on Manager; Most of the coworkers are nice

Cons

Inappropriate people are in control of areas outside of their specialties. This has caused a huge conflict of interest and has resulted in SOX violations. MTE is a CYA company; if you are not careful you will become a scape goat for another employee looking to move up in the company. There are no opportunities for growth unless a formal complaint is filed against you. Management says they value customer service and teamwork but has created a silo environment that punishes you for talking to other departments. Turnover rate is extremely high due to Management.

Pros

Good Pay, Flex Hours, product has good reputation in industry

Cons

This company is not about customer service or employees no matter what is said. It is about bonus to upper management. Policy policy policy is pushed over servicing the customer. Hiring practice and management has pushed an "its not my job" atmosphere. Response time from departments is poor. Employees care and have good ideas, but Mgt look at it as 'complaining'.
