      Pros

      Most of the passengers I picked up were very nice.

      Cons

      This company is very disorganized! Their South location is very toxic as far as the treatment you get from Dispatch. It was almost impossible for me to get a break. I had a lot of close calls, trying to make it to a restroom. For me, the last straw was when I was told you have to work there two years to qualify for a raise!
