      The benefits are decent. The work is somewhat rewarding.

      Cons

      The pay is definitely sub-par. You will definitely be micromanaged. It is extremely stressful. Outside of your scheduled breaks, don't expect much time for bathroom breaks. The call volume is ridiculously high
