Cons
I was told by recruitment that the three a year raises would put me back to my previous pay. I've received 65 cents so far in a year. I was upfront with them and told them I have a hard time with my handle time. They told me they were looking for someone that cared more for the member and their needs than the time. Members tell me how they appreciate me and I was the only one that took the time to solve their issues. Management says take control of the call and get them off the line. FYI- control the call is don't let member tell you anything about the issue.
