      Pros

      MTM is a large but supportive team. Everyone is willing to jump in and help out when needed. MTM also puts a real emphasis on employee growth and internal promotions which I cannot say about many of the previous companies I worked for.

      Cons

      With how large the company is now occasionally communication lines can struggle but we are putting processes in place to help this.

      I have been here for 5+ years and have only gone up $4 and there is honestly no room for growth.
