Incredible work/life balance. For staff that aren't tied to a specific schedule, such as the call center, management is extremely flexible in allowing staff time off or flex time. Time outside of office hours is truly your personal time for you and your family, I never get calls or pressure from management while I am on PTO. Leadership is truly open to feedback and appreciates your honest, constructive feedback to make the business better. MTM also offers a paid parental leave policy to employees who have been there for over a year. Leadership allows their staff to operate with autonomy. Family values are important to the Leadership team.
