      Great Work Life Balance/ Diverse Employee Environment

      Pros

      Company is family owned and seems to care about the employees. Very diverse employee group. Employer seems to really respect time outside of work. The company actively tries to mentor employees and allows for upward movement and development. Central office space in the home office is designed with employee creature comforts in mind. Dress code is relaxed. Collaboration across departments is active and vibrant. Work from home option is available in some remote locations and supported well with technology. Benefits options are competitively priced and allow for employee choice.

      None so far. I enjoy working here.
