      Pros

      MTM is an excellent company that promotes employee growth. Opportunities are plentiful and the company culture is very enjoyable. I really like working at MTM and feel like a valued part of the team!

      Cons

      I have not experienced anything negative during my time with MTM.

      Pros

      Good benefits, hourly wage, potential to grow

      Cons

      Not very employee oriented, more concerned with making the company money, less concern for employee. Performance based cash bonuses were cut and changed to prizes that cannot be utilized in all areas so it's a paycut for most. Required to set rides with their other company which is 3 times the rate and prevents CSRS from meeting performance for bonuses. Which doesn't really matter now because those were taken away.
