      Great Company to Work for. The organization cares about you. Benefits are great! Fun coworkers and excellent team building events!

      Pros

      Great environment with great people. Does community service to help the community as well as doing normal work. Giving children in the foster care system things that wouldn't otherwise have, volunteering at soup kitchens, and helping nearby schools are only a few of the things that MTM helps the community with.

      Cons

      You will have good days and bad days, but that's with any job.
