MTM is a wonderful place to work. I have been employed almost 4 years and have the pleasure of working in multiple departments. The leadership cares about their staff. The company is always looking for ways to improve and truly listens to the feedback from employees

Since the day I started I have felt welcomed. My first day in the office everyone made a point to congratulated me and introduced themselves. The atmosphere here is comfortable and friendly. At previous jobs the vibes were negative, where as here everyone always seems to be in a good mood.

Cons

When I said I was congratulated and introduced to everyone... I mean everyone, so I feel bad because I was so nervous that I wasn't able to remember everyone I was introduced to. As time has gone on though I have had conversations with all of those who I wasn't able to remember and have now gotten to know all of them. They want you to feel part of the family!

MTM is the best company I have ever worked at. MTM is a fast growing company that does not lose sight on its employees. MTM is constantly seeking feedback from us and makes changes/addresses the feedback. MTM is a family oriented company that holds strong on their core values. Because of the growth, there is tons of advancement opportunities, they will even allow you to move to another location if that is what you want to do. The work/life balance is great and I'm never having to put in too many hours over 40 often.

Cons

With significant growth comes its own challenges. You need to be adaptable and open to the changes that occur, and help push through busy times in the year when there are several new contracts going live.
