Pros

+Gives you good knowledge of what its like to handle calls for medical transportation +Managing some of the best health plans +Specials parties on some occasions +Good health benefits

Cons

-Handling more than enough contracts that expand over the states -Computers run outdated software and are very laggy at times of high call volumes -There is a lot of concerns over air quality since the area is heavily polluted from air coming from the chemical plants and traffic from the overpass -You will not be treated with respect for the work you provide and the worst part yet is that the pay is extremely low for providing customer service

Pros

Good benefits, hourly wage, potential to grow

Cons

Not very employee oriented, more concerned with making the company money, less concern for employee. Performance based cash bonuses were cut and changed to prizes that cannot be utilized in all areas so it's a paycut for most. Required to set rides with their other company which is 3 times the rate and prevents CSRS from meeting performance for bonuses. Which doesn't really matter now because those were taken away.

Pros

They offer a great exercise room and a monthly bonus however they have made it impossible to achieve.

Cons

Everything else. They try to control whether you can or cannot smoke. I am not a smoker but they find a problem with where the smokers are smoking even if they go across the street, which looks bad in my opinion. They are very fraudulent and try to hide the fact that they cannot find transportation for these members . They don't pay their vendors, owing them thousands and thousands of dollar, and still expect them to operate and take trips for us. They go to the extreme of not paying them until they wont take trips anymore or they quit and at that point don't have to pay them. They say its family oriented but the extremes you have to do to be able to take off or prove your family was sick and you had to be present are outrageous. They pay the higher ups who sit on their butt all day taking personal calls and making personal runs good money and give them yearly raises, but the people at the bottom actually doing the work get paid nothing with no yearly raises and it impossible to move up in the company unless you know someone. Your bonus is good if you can make it. The bonus is based on adherence in which you have to punch in and out to the very second and minute or it starts deducting from you adherence, which makes it difficult for the CSR's as they can not control how long they are on the phone. They do excuse the overage if you are on the phone but you have to send a template which makes it a daily thing, just ridiculous! I have been here for 3 years and still get paid the starting wage of a CSR and never have seen the yearly bonuses promised to me in my interview. On top of that they gave us a raise, FINALLY, and then took it away a week later so it never even was applied to our check.
