A great starting place, but hard to advance.

Pros

There are some really great people inside this company, and you really learn how to act professionally. There is a really good work/life balance.

Cons

Leadership changes constantly. In one year, I have had four different bosses. It makes it really hard to form a relationship with your leadership, which can make it hard to develop and advance yourself. It also gives you a feeling of being lost.

Pros

I enjoy working here. I have worked here going on 2 years and have managed to get multiple promotions. The attendance policy is lenient and the work is simple. The starting pay is more than other call center entry level positions and the monthly bonuses are easily obtainable. The CSRs also have job security through the union. Always having contests to reward for the job you are already getting paid to do.

Cons

Constant back and forth about the temperature in the office. (too hot for some too cold for others never just right). The employees seem to not want to be there but wont leave and don't do enough to get fired. So you get stuck working with toxic people and they always want to spread their toxicity.
