Quick CSR advancement, cool co-workers, constant food, nice wages, schedule options, unpaid leave, PTO accrual is pretty good as well

Cons

Attendance is a joke and the policy for it sucks. You're strapped to your chair ALL day and Workforce literally OWNS you. Not enough people to take on the huge workload. Favoritism. Lack of training.

MTM offers great benefits, and definitely provides job security.

Cons

However, there in nepotism with in the company. They preach innovation but do not proactively seek consistent solutions creating inconsistent processes.
