      Push system migrations with a quarter of the time needed and almost no resources Mass layoffs done under the radar. You find out half your contacts were let go bc their email addresses no longer work Every level of management micromanages They tell everyone they know we're short handed and too busy and then in the same day so layoffs

      Work-life balance is encouraged, we put a lot of focus on our DEI programs and company policies, we really work hard to remove any barriers that may be in the way of someone’s freedom or success. Our leadership is caring and trying to always do what is right and not just what is profitable or easy.

      It can be overwhelming due to the quick paced nature of the industry.
