Pros

I have worked with MTM for a number of years, and I have enjoyed every year of it. The flexible work hours provides a great work/life balance. The company encourages a healthy lifestyle and works to keep employees engaged in the improvement of their own work environment. I have not come across a single toxic attitude in my years here at MTM. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. We are fast paced, growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit. For me this means lots of challenging work that keeps things exciting and new.

I think people should know that we are a very innovative company which mean fast paced and always changing, I would not consider this a con but same who are uncomfortable with change might.
