Pros

MTM posts its 5 Core Values on the website and lives them from the top to the bottom. Lots of companies post these, but once you work there you find they sound good, but are not followed. That's not the case at MTM. It helps to make it an awesome company for which to work. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it's very easy to reach out to people in company that you've never even met and get quick and helpful answers.

Cons

The company is so varied that at times it can be hard to connect what corporate is doing (as far as direction) to our local operation.

Poor communication between management and employees, no room for advancement, the decent starting wage does not go up and there's not really any room to grow in the company
