Great Benefits Great Team of administrators Great management, which is pretty rare

Cons

Low Pay Small company so there's not really a lot for an aspiring systems Administrator or someone beyond help desk level to look forward to. If you need somewhere to get some experience for a year or simply pay bills, then go on ahead. You'll surely learn a few skills here and there, but not much.
