This place is a dumpster fire, an absolute $hi* show. You will spend more time just dealing with BS and frustration than doing actual work. You will work on time consuming projects which will be completely reversed by senior management. The R&C department is a made to believe that they are part of FO, but in reality it's just an admin function which the FO needs since there are so many manual processes. Zero culture with a push to come into the office and having team meetings. Dead-end job where you will learn everything there's to learn within a few months. Plain vanilla product suite with nothing complex here for markets.
