Good benefits--dental insurance is great Learned about health care insurance coverage which will always be helpful Many good people as coworkers

Cons

Some employees, including me, went through HR warning process because of trumped-up charges. HR rep told me that he was required to abide by what my supervisor had claimed, even though I could prove the "facts" weren't true. Terrible morale; many employees feel their work is not respected

Healthcare experience to gain is beneficial

Cons

Terrible management Cut throat environment/workplace bullying Some management engage in inappropriate relationships with selected employees while others are harassed out of their position due to bullying,isolation and mistreatment. I've seen this happen on numerous occasions too many to count. Quantity over quality work. Repetitive work.

Cons

Lack of discretion within senior capacities. Loud mouthed and backstabbing; really should not hold the position considering lack of leadership qualities (very gossipy, untrustworthy)
