Great culture, good people, solid mission.

Cons

Reaching for growth, realizes gaps but hasn’t closed them yet.

Pros

The company's culture is truly focused on health not just their members but their employees as well, including mental health. The leaders are super supportive and encourage mental health days when we need it.

Cons

Annual raises are dependent on performance. So if you had a rough year a raise to cover inflation is not a given.

Forget everything you see about remote work here

Pros

The one perk they had was remote. It's now gone. RTO 3-4 days a week now.

Cons

Management ignored every single thing they were told through employee reviews, culture surveys etc. All the data and evidence showed employees and teams were happy with WFH/Remote. They are now forcing employees to come in 3-4 days a week. Speculators believe this is to cause attrition now that they have acquired another company and would be doubling in size.
