Pros

Amazing co-workers, always team players. Plenty of room for career growth. Able to improve your skills and increase your knowledge of property management. Management is caring, flexible, and assist with career development. Various perks and continuous employee recognition.

Cons

This isn't much of a con but I would like to see more cross-functional training. Other than that, Mynd is a great workplace for anyone interested in property management.

- Great health benefits. - Fully remote work environment. - Great people to work with. - Fast paced with lots of change. - Good pay.

Cons

It is hard to run a big start up company, completely remotely, while still having "boots on the ground" in our markets across the US. In addition property management is a very complex, localized, and highly regulated industry. These aspects of the business sometimes results in a silo type environment where people in different locations do things differently (not standardized). But the company is making huge active steps to standardize and improve which is great.
