They are well funded by Venture Capital money

Cons

The company has no regard for its clients, tenants, vendors, or staff. It's as if everyone is disposable.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I don't know when you left Mynd, but we recently overhauled our property accounting department by moving it into Operations and hiring an all-star Manager. They are now doing great. I am surprised about your comments on leasing and maintenance as our average time to rent is less than 17 days and our stale work order percent is in good shape. Finally, we do highly value everyone on the team, so I am really sorry that you left with the impression that people are disposable at Mynd. That is not the case. Thank you. Doug Brien, CEO.

Tons of potential, truly great people, exciting environment

Pros

You get what you put into it. The company is full of truly amazing people and there's a lot of forward progress being made into the next phase of the company's maturity. Huge potential, lots of ways to learn, grow, gain exposure. The company is tech-forward, they value transparency, and they're putting in the work to cultivate a positive culture. The day to day is demanding but leadership promotes 'taking care of yourself' and flexibility is available when needed. Benefits are great.

Cons

Things change quickly and the the workload is heavy the higher up the ladder you go. That said, it's challenging and invigorating. Again, you get what you put in. There are all sorts of problems and gaps that arise when you're a quickly growing company but leadership responds swiftly and stuff gets done.
