Pros

- Great health benefits. - Fully remote work environment. - Great people to work with. - Fast paced with lots of change. - Good pay.

Cons

It is hard to run a big start up company, completely remotely, while still having "boots on the ground" in our markets across the US. In addition property management is a very complex, localized, and highly regulated industry. These aspects of the business sometimes results in a silo type environment where people in different locations do things differently (not standardized). But the company is making huge active steps to standardize and improve which is great.

Welcome to the team! Yes, it is hard to run the company remotely, but we are experimenting with new and better ways to do it and I think making good strides. Thanks for the feedback! Doug

Pros

You get what you put into it. The company is full of truly amazing people and there's a lot of forward progress being made into the next phase of the company's maturity. Huge potential, lots of ways to learn, grow, gain exposure. The company is tech-forward, they value transparency, and they're putting in the work to cultivate a positive culture. The day to day is demanding but leadership promotes 'taking care of yourself' and flexibility is available when needed. Benefits are great.

Cons

Things change quickly and the the workload is heavy the higher up the ladder you go. That said, it's challenging and invigorating. Again, you get what you put in. There are all sorts of problems and gaps that arise when you're a quickly growing company but leadership responds swiftly and stuff gets done.

I think you said it right when you say "you get what you put into it." We are trying to build the type of team where those that excel are rewarded and given more. Keep up the great work! Doug
