There are clear efforts on keeping people happy with company culture and meetings.

Cons

Very evident first time management errors and disregard for emotional damage caused by day to day happenings and asks. Unlikely to give a job to the most qualified within the team (internal promotion) but rather to someone who comes with experience from a name drop company previously.
