Excellent work environment Managers always encourage you and recognize your achievements Everything extra you do is noted and appreciated People is really important for them and everyone is so nice and always willing to answer your questions. Team first is one of their values and it is completely accurate to how everyone works at Mynd.

Cons

If freelancers with more than a year in the company could have a permanent job or some other guarantee would be the only thing.

At Mynd, I have not only learned a lot about Real State and how a successful Property Management Company operates, but I have grown as a person and a leader as I have never done in my previous jobs. I am part of a team that excels in human warmth, where they care about you and your well-being. The accomplishments Mynd have are due to the fact that the people that work here truly love their jobs and go above and beyond to ensure each and every client receives the quality service that's promised from the very first day. All of this makes this place successful even in the current turmoil the business and the world are going through.

I honestly can't think of something I would change about this company, I have never been happier with my professional career.
