Excellent benefits - Remote work - Great colleagues - Great managers. This is one of the best groups of people I've worked with. People collaborate together, management values suggestions, and there are clear goals as to where we want to go as a company. No one is too busy to help, and that's from the top down. C Level hosts "office hours" weekly for anyone who wants to ask a question, offer suggestions, or share experiences. Each meeting kicks off with a "Mynd Moment" where someone recognizes the hard work of someone they work with. I truly feel that management cares about the quality of life of it's employees and is sincerely working to make Mynd not only successful, but a great place to work.

Cons

As with any startup there are some kinks in the system, but they are quickly identified and fixed. In fact, one thing that stands out is how quickly people are to fix issues that arise. As with any company, mistakes are made, but Mynd owns it and works quickly to fix it.
