Pros

Mynd is a high-growth startup filled with people who care a great deal about the service we deliver. Property management is historically not a sexy industry, but Mynd's leadership has done a fantastic job of recruiting like-minded individuals set on reinventing renting.

Cons

With a heavy emphasis on distributed remote work, it's easy to feel disconnected from my coworkers. However, the company makes a strong effort to mitigate this by regularly bringing the team together.
