Great company with great benefits but the load of work isn’t realistic

-Great benefits - work remote - fair pay

Cons

- They monitor your work by a number of assignment of a daily tasks. Sometimes is not realistic. Additionally they keep increasing your portfolio expecting you to perform when you are the only one handling a portfolio of over 300 unhappy clients . - lack of leadership from the leads - expect to deal with unhappy clients tired of the unexpected charges due to repairs or change of management since they have to keep hiring because most of the PM leaves after realizing is not a healthy environment. - get ready to get work accumulated. You and only you are responsible for finding coverage when sick or have a personal emergency. It is crazy! And if you have not coverage or the person does not complete your tasks you have to complete them upon your return

*Remote environment *Great benefits *Flexible

Cons

*It’s pretty much impossible for property managers to take advantage of the “unlimited PTO” due to the workload *Leadership operates in a very immature clique like manner *Although the pay seems decent, it doesn’t not align with the workload * The CEO is rude and out of touch *Not a great “long term plan”. At the rate they are going, the company won’t be around long & Doug will probably create yet another failing Property Management company.
